As Urban Bottles are single-walled and not insulated they are likely to "sweat" if filled with cold beverages, and it is also not recommended to be used with hot liquids as you can burn yourself while handling. It is therefore recommended to use the separate thermal cover to prevent this which also makes the bottle insulated (cold for up to 4 hours and hot for up to 3 hours).
